The hotel had a stunning setting in the middle of a rainforest, offering breathtaking views. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They provided delicious and varied breakfast options, including Mexican style dishes and even fresh homemade tortillas. the hotel was situated in a monitored residential community with exclusive properties, which made us feel safe and secure during our stay.
The hotel is quite remote and far from any restaurants or shops. It took us roughly 40 minutes to drive to the nearest village for dinner.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was kind and attentive. The room was quiet, comfy, and cozy. The bathroom was in perfect condition, and there was even an Alexa to use for commands. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails, and the staff was helpful in suggesting ones outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed using their kitchen to prepare our own food. The wifi was great for general use.

What an amazing stay it was! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush green rainforest and mountains. The decor was exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a Mexican touch of chorizo, scrambled eggs, and a beautiful setting. The staff were very helpful and kind, taking us to the waterfalls and mountain lookout. The WiFi was good, and they allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare our own food.
That the location was remote, and we had to drive for about 40 minutes to reach the nearest village or restaurant. , the refrigerator had a temporary power failure, and we could not enjoy our late afternoon cocktails due to the insufficient amount of ice available.
